Purchased a Kona Labs LevelSmart Autofill for our pool as we travel and in our climate, water evaporates quickly. We received it within a few days. Installation was a breeze, after we had questions concerning the antenna in conduit, then going through our alum pool enclosure to mount the antenna tip inside the enclosure. Once that was set, the LevelSmart Sensor was installed then it paired and doing what it was supposed to do. I was surprised at the ease of pairing after we had another autolevel system several years ago that was a nightmare (don't think they are in business anymore).

Called Kona labs to locate a leak in our main water line. Our situation needed immediate attention. Kona Labs arrived the same day to service, and within a few short hours, we received an email with photos of where the leak was detected. Of course, the broken water line was underground, surrounded by lava rocks, and beneath a heavy cement slab.Their detection was precise as they knew exactly were the leak was coming from. The price we paid for their professional services and quick turnaround was well worth it. In the long run, it saved our organization time, money, and more importantly it gave us a piece of mind that we were able to save our earth's most precious resource - water! If you want the job done right the first time, call Kona Labs. Highly recommend.

Had a significant water leak of 1000 gallons per day. Called Kona labs and Richard came on a Friday evening, within a few hours of me calling him - despite having worked off Island for the past 24hrs. He located the leak after working to find it for about 2 hours, I may have confused the readings by forgetting to switch off the hot tub pump! 2 days later the plumbers came out and could not locate the leak said it was not where Richard had indicated,, so he came back at no extra charge and demonstrated to them where it was (he was correct). The leak had to be bypassed so we had to locate the water pipe leading into the house, again this was very deep, Richard was so sure of his findings that he picked up the shovel and started digging (as by this time the plumber had begun to lose morale!) and there the pipe was 18" below ground, the plumber had wanted to take down my dry wall in an attempt to locate the inflow pipe but this still would not have located it, so although Richards fees seem somewhat high, he actually ended up saving me a lot of time, inconvenience and yes lots of money!!! Not to mention the eyesore of having two holes in my walls one to the bathroom and the other to the laundry room!!! I would have no hesitation using his services again.

I live in a San Diego suburb and Capstone Pool and Spa Remodeling Inc. installed the LevelSmart (konalabs.com) unit in my residential pool. I have used in since February 2016 and it has worked flawlessly. Kudos to both Capstone and Kona Labs.

I purchased the level smart auto fill system from Kona Labs. It took me awhile and lots of research, but I found this to be the best product for what I wanted. After about 6 months of debating I bought it, plumbed and wired it in with the direction they sent me. That is not the easiest task you should have some knowledge of plumbing and wiring before attempting that. After I got it all set up, I followed the direction and this thing has kept my swimming pool full from day one. I couldn't be happier with the product and the service I received when I called in to ask questions has been nothing but top notch. I no longer have the unsightly hose running across the patio and the pool stays right where it needs to be. Thank you Kona Labs job well done.

I bought a LevelSmart unit from Kona Labs about 6 months ago and it has worked perfectly. Dragging the hose out a couple of times a week was a huge hassle, and now i don't have to. Thanks Kona Labs!
