Note: The LevelSmart Online is availabel in Cellular or Wifi. This depends on your specific needs and situation. The Cellular is perfect for any situation. The Wifi version needs to be in receivable range of your WiFi router.
The LevelSmart Online requires a subscription service for dashboard and app access due to cellular connectivity. Plans are $9.99 monthly or save by purchasing the annual plan at $107.99 annually.
The LevelSmart™ Sensor wakes up every 30 minutes to check the current water level of your pool, spa, water feature or tank and then wirelessly communicates the information to the Valve Controller. If the current water level is measured below the set level, the Valve Controller will then open the Valve for 7 minutes. The Valve Controller will turn off the Valve after 7 minutes as a failsafe against over-fill. Again, in 30 minutes, the Sensor will check the water level and, if needed, fill for 7 minutes. The Valve Controller will only open the Valve if the current water level is below the level set by the user during installation.The Valve is plumbed into the manual fill line, or it is "T'd" into the return lines, from a water source. The Valve Controller can then open and close the Valve to fill your pool as needed.

Choose Cellular if you want the simplest online setup without relying on local WiFi. Choose WiFi if you prefer connecting through your existing wireless network.
During onboarding, you activate and register your LevelSmart device online.
For the Cellular version, the device becomes active once onboarding is completed.
For the WiFi version, you will then complete the additional WiFi network setup process.
Multiple LevelSmarts can be used in the same area without interference. Each sensor communicates only with its paired controller. Pair units at different times to avoid pairing issues. Customers commonly use separate units for pool, spa, and water features.

The LevelSmart Sensor adheres to your pool with a marine grade A/B epoxy. When mounting your Sensor you will need to knead the epoxy to effectively mix the components and apply it to the back of the Sensor.
Every LevelSmart comes with A/B epoxy.
When selecting antenna length, keep in mind our long-range communication distance is up to 1,000 feet between the Sensor and the Antenna Tip. The antenna cord length ensures you get that antenna tip in a position that will allow successful communication between the Valve Controller and the Sensor.
If you are unsure if you need the extra distance, you can always purchase an extra 25 ft of Antenna Extension post-purchase.

"30 year swimming pool builder-always hated auto fill units (glorified toilet bowl floats placed outdoors with dog hair, leaves, grass clippings, etc. -what could possibly go wrong?!) and refused to do them due to the high failure rate I had observed.
